Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) is a transcription
factor which regulates the expression of many detoxification and
antioxidant enzymes. Nrf2 can potentially play a significant role in adaptive responses to oxidative stress. Nrf2 belongs to the Cap N Collar (CNC-bZIP) subfamily of basic /leucine zipper (bZIP) transcription factors. SWISS: Q16236 Gene ID: 4780 轉錄調節(jié)因子（Transcriptin Regulators） 核細胞系因子2相關因子Nrf2，是一種對氧化還原反應敏感的轉錄因子，可以通過正向促進基因的表達，來轉錄翻譯產生一些抗氧化物，行使著異化解毒的酶類和藥物的高效外排泵作用。 有學者認為：核因子2相關因子2蛋白在保護細胞免受環(huán)境毒性物質影響方面發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用，它指導某些基因促進細胞的防御工事，同時也刺激某些重要解毒酶對毒性物質，如黃曲霉素的解毒和排毒作用。 |

PBS instead of the primary antibody was used as the blank control.
The Hela（treated with MG-132 (10 μM,10h) ） (H) cells were fixed with 4% PFA (10 min at r.t.) and then permeabilized with 90% ice-cold methanol for 20 min at -20℃,the cells then were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r.t.).Primary Antibody (green):Rabbit Anti-Nrf2 antibody (bsm-61093R): 1 μg/10^6 cells; Secondary Antibody (white blue): Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-BF488 (bs-60295G-BF488): 1 μg/test. Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
